We have been taking care of the condition and efficiency of KEG barrels and fittings almost from the beginning of our business, which is why we offer a wide range of services that will allow you to enjoy their long-term and effective use.

Our maintenance services include:

• Internal washing: We effectively remove beer deposits and beer scale using special alkaline and acidic agents, if necessary.
• Polishing: We remove old stickers and restore the barrels’ smooth and uniform surface.
• Logo neutralisation: Using a special hydraulic machine, we crease the logos
• Straightening the keg neck: With our specialised machine, we can straighten the neck and centre the coupler, restoring the barrel to its original functionality.
• Neck reconstruction: We offer the option of threading the coupler to adapt the barrels to threaded fittings such as A, M and S.
• Straightening of the lower and upper rims: We straighten crooked rims that make it difficult to stack the barrels, restoring their even surface.
• Changing the kegs capacity: If you need to reduce the capacity of your keg, we have the expertise to carry out re-sizing, so we can reduce a 50 litre keg to 30 litres by making the appropriate cuts and re-fitting.

• Leakage test: Before putting the barrels into service, we check their tightness by immersing them in water.
• PU kegs painting: We remove the old stickers and markings and then paint the barrels with special paint to give them a fresh look.
• Regeneration of handles: We repair damaged or broken handles on polyurethane barrels, giving them longer life and durability by making a special ‘scaffold’ and filling them with polyurethane compound.
• Reconstruction of the fitting head: We thread unthreaded fittings such as ABS, MBS and SOS to enable them to be easily screwed in and out.
• Replacing gaskets: We replace the top and bottom gaskets, recommending that they be replaced every 3 to 5 years to ensure optimum airtightness. We use high-quality gaskets from MicroMatic.
• Changing fittings lengths: We match the length of the fitting to the type of barrel, offering the option of both shortening and lengthening the fittings.
• Ultrasonic cleaning: We use precise and effective ultrasonic cleaning that reaches hard-to-reach nooks, crannies, holes and crevices, ensuring the highest quality and thoroughness of cleaning.
